Terms of Service
Ascend Elite (the “Service”, operated by Hoopstr) connects candidates with recruiters. By using it, you agree to these terms.
1. Who can use it
- Candidates must be 18 or older and submit only their own real information.
- Recruiters get accounts after review and must be using the Service to fill genuine open roles.
2. Candidates
- Your submission is truthful and current, and you hold the rights to share the resume or profile you upload.
- You consent to your data being processed for recruitment matching, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- We may use AI to extract structured fields from your resume.
- You can withdraw your profile at any time by emailing ascend@hoopstr.ai.
3. Recruiters
- Use candidate data only to evaluate and contact people for genuine open roles. No resale, no enrichment of external datasets, no bulk export.
- Don’t share your account credentials or attempt to bypass the access-request flow.
- Treat every candidate’s data as confidential, and delete local copies once you are no longer considering them.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service to spam, harass, infringe IP, transmit malware, or break the law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. We make no guarantee that any candidate or role will lead to a hire. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is capped at the fees paid to us by the affected party in the prior twelve months, or INR 5,000 if no fees were paid.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
